Originally from Florida, Samuel Head has made Georgia his home for several years now, with Atlanta holding a special place in his heart. A seasoned hospitality leader, he brings over two decades of experience and a passion for service to his role as Executive Director at Heartis Suwanee. Married with two children and two grandchildren, Samuel enjoys reading and traveling in his free time.
Samuel began his career as a General Manager in the hotel industry, where he developed a strong foundation in hospitality and guest experience. His journey into senior living was sparked by a close friend who introduced him to the field. After exploring the industry and discovering an opportunity in an Independent Living community, he was instantly drawn in. Since then, he has dedicated himself to serving seniors across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.
Samuel finds deep fulfillment in supporting residents and their families, and he is passionate about coaching his team to lead with compassion and prioritize customer service. His hospitality background continues to shape the resident experience at Heartis Suwanee, where he leads with warmth, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
